3. Say yes to fruits good for hair growth: Fruits that are rich in vitamins, iron, and protein that maintains our hair follicles and helpful for natural hair growth. Fruits include Papaya, pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, guava, kiwi, sweet potatoes, Oranges, etc.

5. Avoid using sulfate-containing shampoo: Some shampoos contain sodium lauryl Sulphates which are harmful to our scalp and destroys hair follicles. Some other harmful ingredients of shampoos are phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbates, polysorbates, polyethylene glycol, etc
