Summer is the hottest among the seasons. The increased hotness and humidity during the summertime is due to the reason that the sun rays fall directly on the surface of the Earth at a steep angle. The temperature hike is not suitable for the surviving creatures. It causes evaporation of all the bodies residing in water.

During the summer season, the temperature is raised about 1-5 degrees to your surroundings. This rise in temperature causes abnormalities to a healthy body. You can not decrease the temperature of your surrounding, but you can control your body to gain the heat by changing your lifestyle and following certain tips mentioned below.

So prefer other colors than black. But still, you wish to wear black clothes then you should wear black clothes prepared with thick fabric and not thin ones. Both the materials absorb maximum heat, but the difference is that thick fabric doesn't allow heat to transmit to the skin whereas thin ones do.

The main aim behind sleeping in the noon is simple but useful to you during the summer. Sleeping in the afternoon is proven to have numerous health benefits like improving immunity, boost your brain function, lowers blood pressure, and ensures a healthy heart, helps to recover the lost sleep, and many other health benefits.

During the afternoon time in the summer, the heat produced by the sun's rays is maximum between 12 pm to 4 pm.
